The Center for Traditional Studies “Bruno Poggi” of Forlì, with the collaboration of the Grand Liberal Lodge of Italy, organizes the second edition of “Paths To Enlightenment” on 22 October 2022, a public conference focused on issues related to the world esotericism, symbolism and initiatory research.
The conference will take place in the prestigious Palazzo del Pretorio in Terra del Sole, a place of particular historical interest.
The village of Terra del Sole (today a fraction of the Municipality of Castrocaro Terme) was built according to the will of Cosimo I dei Medici in the sixteenth century. Located at the time on the border between the Grand Duchy of Tuscany and the State of The Curch, the fortified citadel of Terra del Sole was the site of a military garrison and customs offices. A perfect example of Renaissance architecture, the fortress city represents as a whole a model of an “ideal city”, built according to architectural criteria linked to sacred geometry, deriving from the widespread idea at the time that even man-made buildings must have been in full swing. harmony with the mysterious mathematical laws that govern creation: “… omnia in mensura et numero et pendere disposuisti“. Terra del Sole could therefore be the ideal place to hold a similar conference.
